The Bale Mountains in 6 days

Day1


We'll take off from Addis Ababa, leaving the Shoa locale and entering the Bale area.

Our lunch will be in Nazaret and from that point proceed through the didda level and the Arsi Mountains.

In Goba, the Bale Mountains Trekking, we'll spend the night.


Day2


From Goba we'll drive to the Sanetti Plateau, an entrancing piece of the Bale Mountains where you'll locate some exceptional Afro-Alpine plants and rich natural life.

Not to mention all that, the Sanetti Plateau is the best place in Ethiopia to see the subtle Abyssinian Wolf, one of the rarest warm-blooded animals on our planet.

In the wake of trekking around the Plateau, we'll go down to Robe for the night.


Day3


Toward the beginning of the day, we'll go to the brilliant Sof Omar Caves.

Sof Omar is a complex of holes with exceptional shake developments, gigantic curves, tremendous columns and in general delightful view.

We'll stroll close by the underground waterway through 3 sections of the complex, the "Load of Columns", "The Dome" and "The Balcony".

Subsequent to seeing this current nature's showstopper we'll come back to Robe for the night.


Day4

On our fourth day of the trek, we'll leave Robe and drive to Dinsho.

Dinsho is thought to be the best places to see endemic untamed life in Ethiopia.

Unusually, the creatures around here are extremely dynamic and effortlessly observed.


Dinsho is an awesome place to spot feathered creatures too with over than 16 various types of endemic fowls.

Being the northern home office of the Bale Mountains National Park, from Dinsho you can go out for 2-7 long stretches of trekking by foot or by horse; nowadays are itemized in our "Bundle Mountains trekking" schedule.

Day5



At morning we'll say farewell to Dinsho and the Bale Mountains and drive to Wondo Genet Resort.

The resort, which was great by Emperor Hile Selassie, is encompassed by thick woodland, organic product trees, creatures and birdsong.

In the base of the resort there's a hot-spring known for its remedial forces.

After a climb in the timberland where you'll discover monkeys and parrots, you can take a dunk in the mineral hot-spring water.

We'll spend the night in the Wondo Genet resort.


Day6


Subsequent to getting up with the flying creatures in Wondo Genet, we'll go to Addis through the Great Rift Valley Lakes.Our first stop will be in Lake Langano.

Set against the 4000m Blue Arsi Mountains, Lake Langano, is one of Ethiopia's best entertainment spots.

You can swim in the lake or simply go out for a stroll through the tranquil view.

We'll keep on lake Ziway for lunch.

Encompassed by blue volcanic slopes, Lake Ziway is incredible for rich birdlife and for crisp fish.
